How do I open an account?
Apply online at register.html with your government-issued ID and Social Security Number. The process takes approximately 5 minutes and you can fund your account instantly via debit card or bank transfer.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a secure reset link within 2 minutes. Alternatively, call 1-800-TONA-BANK and a representative will verify your identity and assist you.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes. CTGMC allows up to 10 personal accounts (checking, savings, or money market) and up to 3 business accounts per customer profile. All accounts are accessible from a single dashboard login. There is no fee for maintaining multiple accounts.
How do I close my account?
To close your account, contact support at 1-800-TONA-BANK or visit any CTGMC branch with valid photo ID. Any remaining funds will be disbursed by check mailed to your address on file, or transferred to another account of your choice. Allow 3–5 business days for processing.

What are the transfer limits?
Standard accounts: €10,000 per day for external ACH transfers. CTGMC Premier accounts: €50,000 per day. Domestic wire transfers: up to €500,000 per transaction (subject to verification). Internal transfers between CTGMC accounts have no limit.
How long do transfers take?
Internal transfers (CTGMC to CTGMC): instant. ACH transfers to external banks: 1–3 business days. Domestic wire transfers: same business day if initiated before 2:00 PM EST. International wires: 2–5 business days depending on destination country.
Is Zelle available?
Yes. Zelle is fully integrated into the CTGMC mobile app and online dashboard at no charge. Send or receive money to anyone with a US bank account instantly. Navigate to Transfers > Zelle in your dashboard to get started.
How do I set up bill pay?
Log in to your dashboard, navigate to "Bill Payments" in the left menu, and click "Add Payee." You can add any company or individual by name, address, and account number. Schedule one-time or recurring payments and track payment history all in one place.

How do I activate my debit card?
You can activate your new CTGMC debit card by: (1) calling the activation number printed on the sticker on your card, (2) using the CTGMC mobile app under Cards > Activate New Card, or (3) inserting the card at any ATM and entering your PIN.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Immediately freeze your card through the CTGMC mobile app by navigating to Cards > Card Management > Freeze Card. This stops all new transactions instantly without closing your account. Then call 1-800-TONA-BANK to report the loss and request a replacement card. A new card will arrive in 3–5 business days, or 1–2 days with expedited delivery.
What are the daily spending limits?
Standard debit card: €2,500 per day for purchases, €1,000 per day at ATMs. Credit card: up to your approved credit limit per billing cycle. You can temporarily increase your debit spending limit in the app for large purchases. Call support to request a permanent limit increase.

How is my money protected?
All deposits are FDIC insured up to €250,000 per depositor, per account category. CTGMC uses 256-bit AES encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We also employ biometric authentication, device fingerprinting, and real-time transaction monitoring to detect and prevent fraud.
What is two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra verification step when you log in or perform sensitive actions. After entering your password, you'll verify via a one-time code sent by SMS or an authenticator app. Enable 2FA under Settings > Security in your dashboard — we strongly recommend it for all accounts.
How do I report fraud?
If you notice unauthorized transactions, call 1-800-TONA-BANK immediately. You can also freeze your card instantly through the mobile app. Our fraud investigation team responds within 24 hours and will initiate a chargeback if the transaction is confirmed fraudulent. You are not liable for unauthorized charges reported promptly.

How do I apply for a loan?
Apply online in minutes at ctgmc.ch. You'll need to provide basic personal information, income details, and the purpose of the loan. Most personal loan decisions are made within a few hours; mortgage pre-approvals within 1 business day.
What credit score do I need?
Most standard loan products require a minimum FICO score of 650. Some products, including our credit builder and secured loans, are available for scores of 580 and above. Your credit score is just one factor — we also evaluate income, debt-to-income ratio, and employment history.
Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes. CTGMC charges absolutely no prepayment penalties on any loan product, including personal loans, auto loans, and home loans. You can make extra payments or pay off the full remaining balance at any time with no additional fees. This can save significant interest over the life of your loan.
